Ruby Tuesday – Waiting For Spring! March 8, 2010

Warm air and insistent sun has me wanting to see signs of Spring, but all  I have to show for it are signs of last Autumn’s attempted harvest:

Crates in a field, up in Colrain.

I’m sure there are better examples of Things Ruby over at Work of the Poet, where All Things Rubilicious reside!

I love your ruby tuesday sky. The best signs are those in nature.

But, what a gorgeous sky. I too am scanning the ground for signs of new ‘green.’ Thanks for sharing!

Actually, this was looking eastward as the sun set behind me.

Thanks for liking it – the colors were subtle and deep, and I wasn’t sure they would come through in the photo!

WordPress flagged your last-year’s Anza-Borrego post as “possibly related,” so I could hardly avoid sneaking over for a peek. What an enchantment (contrarian or not). 🙂

And what superb photos. Treat after treat. I grew up in the Berkshires, just a stroll over a little hill to Onota Lake, so I’ve gotten to be doubly glad to have found you.

Bill, it’s so cool that you found your way here – what a small web-world! Onota Lake is a treasure, as are so many of our local sights.

Thanks for commenting; new “faces” are always a joy! 🙂
