I’m lazy tonight, and feeling a bit chubby. I’m in the mood for something light.
So it’s tomatoes and red onions from the garden, laid on a bed of my volunteer arugula, topped with fresh-made local goat’s milk mozzarella and splashed with balsamic vinegar and tamari:
Add fresh-cracked black pepper and voila!
Dinner is Served!
