Here’s a quick black and white photo of a typical morning fog in the Deerfield valley, as seen from upper Florida, MA:
Light posting tonight, I have an early morning planned. 😉
Reminds me of the spot at the Ayurvedic monastery outside of Boone (I worked in the kitchen) where the Scottish monks and I used to sit in the early morning and drink our morning beverages (me coffee and them tea, of course). They loved the view because it reminded them of the fog in the lochs “back home”. There was even a descending ridge along the right similar to this image, only the knob at the end was less prominent.
Glad to provoke memories of a time/place close to your soul, Cuz. Ther’ll be more as Winter proper settles in.
