Early December has its moments.  Like its frosty mornings gilding the still-exposed Little Things:

…and:

Before long the snows of winter will bury this stuff ’till spring.  For now, though, I’ll be trying to get shots of it to share here at LBT.

Hope your weekend was relaxing.

Now, get back to work!

Neato. So feathery.

“Neato” indeed! The moss is itself very complex and delicate, and with a frosting (!) of frost, it’s even more magical.

I’m on the lookout for more complex ice crystals, but was late to the party on this day (9am) and missed the crispest bits of it.

Good thing I’m not done trying. 😉

I can’t wait to see what other frost covered delights you capture.

Ah, but you must! 🙂

I’ve always loved your pictures of the tiny things most of all.

susan, thanks. They’re kinda seasonal – when the big things get ugly, the little things offer me a refuge. The world is heavy with beauty, if we can only cull the broken things from our field of vision.
