Found along the trail, on a hike with Susan B (who loves bones!) – a present left by I-don’t-know-what, perhaps a fox or coyote or bobcat:
The largest of these bones was perhaps a quarter of an inch long, and probably used to belong to a mouse or vole.
Susan was delighted – now, how cool is that??? 😆

I didn’t know foxes pooped in blue.
It was pretty blue, I think because of the mousie hair.
I know, mice aren’t blue either, but that’s how it looked. I considered taking some of the blue out, but left it au natural.
