…Well, it’s past noon as I post this, but it was taken around sunrise from Whitcomb Summit along Route 2, looking out over the Deerfield river valley:
Such is one of the consolation prizes for rainy Spring weather!
Soon the trees will leaf out and wildflowers will add to the daily beauty I’m surrounded by.
I can’t wait to share that with you!ย ๐
So breathtaking and peaceful looking…..I wish I had views like that!!!!!
Right out of a postcard. Off a postcard? Well worth the early rising while some of us slackers slept to an uncharacteristically late 10a.m.
Yes, Ladies, it’s beautiful, and makes me glad to be up at five and heading over the mountain to work (on those days when I do so!)
This is really gorgeous!
I so admire your ability to sense these things developing and managing to be in the right place at the perfect moment. Then again, recognizing the perfect is all around us makes it so much easier.
“words,” thanks, and welcome to my humble e-bode. ๐
Susan, that’s a very king appraisal of my cross-country bumbling, but I’ll take it. If you only knew how many gems get away, you’d be as grateful as I am for the ones I manage to catch!
