Icing On The Pond! November 21, 2010

A fringe of ice appears along the shore of a pond high up in Savoy:

December’s coming, and with it, I expect we’ll see an end to this aesthetically challenged Season of Brown.

I’m looking forward to it!

Very nice image and I like how you look forward to the more interesting landscapes of Winter. It snowed here while we were watching a movie so the park across the way is white. Yikes! I’ve seen almost nothing but clouds and rain for 17 winters.

Sherry, thanks! It’s actually upside-down; the brush reflection came out clearly enough to get away with that.

Susan, I’ve heard such cool things about the weather up “your way (!)” with clear skies and cool breezes in summer and moderate but “real” winters… I hope it all comes through for you folks!
