Rebuilt by Mel in Bernardston, MA:
Pristine 302, four-on-the-floor, hauls ass. $30K or B.O.
This was the most Rubylicious thing which crossed my path this week, and so gets a free trip to Work of the Poet, where Mary “The Teach” hosts this colorful meme.
That is nice! I like that it isn’t chopped or grotesquely modified. A pure shape wearing baby moons – to me, hubcaps done right are better looking than any wheels with spokes…candy-apple red is a most excellent ruby!
My father-in-law would love that!
that looks great, I love this display
I love the color but I love the proportions even more. It is almost like a cartoon car.
Thanks, All.
Yogi, I think what you’re seeing is the result of my 24mm Tilt/Shift lens. It allows for perspective correction, and I sometimes use that capacity to “flare” shots like this. It makes things a bit more interesting, in my opinion.
Ralph, yes, baby moons are a class act and lend a more street-wise air to this beauty. No straw hats here! 😉
Rubilicious indeed, what a honey.

Absolutely stunning little roadster. Very nicely captured.
Have a wonderful Ruby Tuesday.
Oh my gosh — that is rubylicious that is! I love it, I want it, I’m afraid to show it to my husband ;>)
Love them hubs abd cheeky moons. I always drive a gawgaw when I see these roadsters coming up. Sweet. Can’t afford the 30 k but I do like looking!
wow..l love old cars but this is a little gem. great find for Ruby Tuesdayx lynda
That’s a great pic for Ruby Tuesday or any day. One thing about the PNW is we see quite a few old cars – I mean very old cars – and they always make me nostalgic (even though I’m not quite that old :-))
I have to thank you for the efforts you’ve put in writing this website. I am hoping to see the same high-grade blog posts by you later on as well. In truth, your creative writing abilities has encouraged me to get my own site now 😉
Excellent, and welcome to Little Bang Theory! You’ve found me during something if a hiatus from blogging, so perhaps you’ll pick up the “slack” in my absence. 🙂
I have read several excellent stuff here. Certainly worth bookmarking
for revisiting. I wonder how so much attempt you put to make one of these excellent informative site.
Jessika, thanks for commenting, and for your kind words.
Unfortunately I’m far less active on this blog these days. I may be starting one focused solely on photography, in which case I’ll link to it here.
