I know, “Bore me to tears.”
But it’s what’s happening here, and with camera in hand, it’s what I got.
Reed’s Brook in Conway, just after the recent snowfall:

…and a patch of sunlight tumbling across the landscape, here illuminating a swath of forest over the river and across the railroad tracks:
So winter begins. Expect more of this in the coming weeks and months.
