Dinner With TCR! March 22, 2009

Tonight, a flavorful treatment for white fish ( in this case, cod fillets.)
Curry-rubbed cod, simmered in diced tomatoes, with celery, fennel and carot added late enough in the game to retain their crunch:
…served with a succotash of posole corn and lima beans.

Oh, I thought you’d never feed me!!! You didn’t realize I guess that your photos of your dinners are so perfect that I’ve made them a permanent part of my diet! And you never disappoint me! Pass the napkin please, I’m starting to drool!
I’ve just been looking through the pictures you’ve posted of the great trip west. Wow. It’s not just being there – it’s cool to see you’ve absorbed so many lessons about ‘seeing there’ wherever you are.
