“Thirsty,” my Green Guzzler, got to take her first road trip this Saturday – returning Ultimate Spawn to Boston University for her sophomore year!
But since US doesn’t like to have her picture taken (and in deference to her right to privacy) here’s a shot of the street where her new digs are:
It’s a beautiful neighborhood of brownstones with classy touches:
…and a big step up from the very central tower she roomed in last year.

i wish i were her age but with my experience.
I’m on the verge of leaving with our Elder Progeny to return her to college for her senior year. Yikes.

PS, thanks for doing that. She’s so excited – that’s the best part, from my perspective – what a great time of life! I’m anticipating a really good year for our older girl.
And DC, yes, Ultimate finds herself in a far better place for her than her high-rise freshman year was. She’s a country girl, after all, and being at tree level on a quiet street will be good for her.
