Is Moose! April 18, 2008

This morning, on the last miles of my epic trudge to work, I saw two VERY LARGE moose grazing along the Westfield River. I pulled over and fished out my (ever present) camera, but by the time I fired it up and dialed in the appropriate settings, the pair were gone.

So as a consolation prize, here’s a moose:

If this rings a bell, you’re old.

And to think, it’s Poetry Month!

Always begged the babysitter to let me watch Rocky and Bullwinkle. She let me if it meant I put down the fireplace poker and stopped chasing her other charge around the living room with vinyl covered furniture.

The link didn’t work for me either, waaaaah! I watched a little Boris and Natasha in my early childhood so I’m that old, and I wish the link were working.

Happy moosing.

People, I’ve been a bit confused, as the link has always worked for me. Then I figured it out – click on the PICTURE rather than the arrow in the center, and it will work! I don’t know why, but that’s how it goes.

I ALWAYS click on the picture because that brings me to the YouTube page, where there’s more information about what I’m watching. This tact is particularly useful for music videos, because hard-core groupies/cognoscenti like to show off their knowledge by listing band members, dates of tenure and various other trivia which I find fascinating.

I know, I’m easy!
