I would be somewhat compelled to grab hold of a branch and shake it just to see the snow move.
I’m feeling a little hyperactive tonight, I guess!
I try very hard to get through woods like this without disturbing the snow, both because it’s sad to see it be not as pretty for my passing, and because everything which comes off the branches goes down my NECK!!
We are supposed to get hammered tomorrow into Wednesday- let’s see what happens!!
🙂 I’m in!
wet snow, drizzle, more snow later, drizzle, ugh!
no nice fluffy white stuff, just heavy grey tinged heart attack snow!
I for one welcome our new snow overlords. Too bad they’re keeping us open today!
nice shot! we had a bit of freezing rain and sleet hereabouts yesterday. supposedly more to come in a couple of days. i used to love winter. i don’t really hate it…yet.
I enjoy snow, but ‘nough is enough, thank you. I am officially on shoveling strike from here on out. No more shoveling.
Sherry, it’s coming down in great white curtains as I write this – and we’re likely to get 8-12″ overnight!
CO – Ice storms are spectacular to look at, but I just haven’t figured out how to capture that magic with a light-box 😦
Heather, my shoulder pretty much lets me off the hook on the shoveling, though I have to clean off my vehicles (the van’s a bear! )
wow, when it snows there it really snows!!!!
we just had a half hour of big fat fluffy flakes and it looks pretty out there but there’s ice and frozen slush hiding beneath the beauty.
It looks so pretty on the trees, as in your photograph.
Driving home from work today was dreadful. I almost hit someone who pulled out in front of me, skididng to a stop just inches from the offending car. I think it was the father of one of my students. Good thing I only shook Pointer at him. I can just hear the kid saying “look Daddy, Ms. P.S. is showing us Tall Man!”
P.S., “Tall Man,” 😆
