You mean “past the dinner hour,” in the sense that you might end up being the dinner. It would be cool to see this and know bears are not so far away, though not in the city at any time. Nothing against bears; but possum and raccoon are way, way exotic enough for my block

emd, no, I mean past the hour when poop pictures will discomfit my readers. The local bear aren’t exactly harmless, but people aren’t their preferred prey, so I’ll never be their dinner.
