So, tonight, a Spinach Salad, Chef-Style, with cheese, smoked turkey, grape tomatoes, green and black olives, and some Hen-Of-The-Woods mushrooms which I pickled:
Ate me up a buttload of it, I did.

I agree, don’t tempt me either! Looks fabulous, hope I don’t drool on my keyboard!

Hen-in-the-Woods mushrooms… intriguing! I researched on how to identify them so I’ll be on the look-out now when I walk in the woods. Care to share your pickling recipe?
