Tonight, the last of the Rainbow Chard from my garden, sautéed with a bulb of garlic, some sun-dried tomatoes, spicy pumpkin seeds and enough chicken broth to bring it all together, served over Squid Ink Penne tossed with grated cheese:
Oh, and a side of Perch poached in a tamari-ginger broth.

Looks delish. I’m having to change the way I eat and I think maybe I need to go revisit your meal posts for ideas.
Dudette, I’m gettin’ lazy in the kitchen, trying to milk the last light out of Autumn. My dinner posts have been flagging, but ought to embiggen as Winter rolls around (it’s hard to shoot in the dark. I mean difficult. I mean photographs. Oh, you know what I mean!)
